In June 2025, the Singapore government continues its commitment to supporting citizens through the Community Development Council (CDC) Vouchers and the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Voucher Scheme

CDC Vouchers June 2025

As part of the enhanced Assurance Package announced in Budget 2025, all Singaporean households are entitled to a total of $800 in CDC Vouchers for the year. The distribution is as follows:

  • $500 disbursed in May 2025
  • $300 scheduled for January 2026

The May 2025 tranche is available for claim from 13 May 2025 via go.gov.sg/cdcv. These vouchers are split equally: $250 for use at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, and $250 for participating supermarkets. All CDC Vouchers 2025 are valid until 31 December 2025

Eligibility for CDC Vouchers

To qualify for the CDC Vouchers:

  • At least one member of the household must be a Singapore citizen.
  • The household must have an active Singpass account for online access.
  • Only one member per household needs to claim the vouchers on behalf of the household.

Claims can be made digitally at go.gov.sg/cdcv by logging in with Singpass. 

GST Voucher Scheme 2025

The GST Voucher (GSTV) Scheme is designed to provide financial support to lower- and middle-income Singaporeans. It comprises four components:

  1. GSTV – Cash: Direct cash payouts to help with daily expenses.
  2. GSTV – MediSave: Top-ups to CPF MediSave accounts for seniors to assist with healthcare costs.
  3. GSTV – U-Save: Rebates to offset utility bills for HDB households.
  4. GSTV – S&CC Rebate: Rebates to offset Service and Conservancy Charges for HDB households.

GSTV – Cash

Eligibility:

  • Singapore citizens aged 21 years and above in 2025.
  • Assessable Income for Year of Assessment 2024 must not exceed $34,000.
  • Annual Value (AV) of home must not exceed $21,000 as of 31 December 2024.
  • Must not own more than one property.

Payout Amounts:

  • Up to $850 for eligible individuals.

Disbursement:

  • Payments will be made in August 2025. Citizens who have previously signed up for government benefits will receive payments automatically. New applicants must sign up by 20 June 2025 via the GSTV e-services.

GSTV – MediSave

Eligibility:

  • Singapore citizens aged 65 years and above in 2025.
  • Annual Value (AV) of home must not exceed $25,000 as of 31 December 2024.
  • Must not own more than one property.

Payout Amounts:

  • Up to $450 credited to CPF MediSave accounts.

Disbursement:

  • Top-ups will be credited in August 2025

GSTV – U-Save

Eligibility:

  • Singaporean households residing in HDB flats.
  • At least one Singapore citizen owner or occupier.
  • Households must not own more than one property.
